摘要
采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机模拟GCr15轴承钢的两道次轧制,通过组织观察、硬度测试研究了720~900℃不同终轧温度对GCr15轴承钢组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:720℃终轧的GCr15钢中碳化物呈颗粒状,900℃终轧的GCr15钢中碳化物呈长条状。随着终轧温度的逐渐升高,试验钢中碳化物的连续性逐渐增强,试验钢的硬度逐渐降低。720、780℃终轧的GCr15钢中碳化物呈断续破碎状,有利于后续退火过程中碳化物的溶解。
Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation testing machine was used to simulate the two-pass rolling of GCr15 bearing steel. The effects of different final rolling temperatures in 720-900℃ on the microstructure and hardness of GCr15 bearing steel were studied by microstructure observation and hardness test. The results show that the carbide in GCr15 steel rolled at finish rolling temperature of 720℃ is granular and the carbide in GCr15 steel rolled at finial rolling temperature of 900 ℃ is long strip. With the increase of finish rolling temperature, the continuity of carbide in the test steel is enhanced and the hardness of the test steel decreases. The carbides in GCr15 steel after final rolling temperature of 720 and 780℃ are intermittent and broken, which is beneficial to the dissolution of carbides during subsequent annealing.
