睡眠剥夺后静息态额顶网络低频振荡振幅百分比变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨睡眠剥夺后与正常睡眠后静息状态下额顶网络自发功能活动的差异。方法:使用精神运动警觉性任务(PVT)收集持续性注意力行为学数据。采用低频振荡振幅百分比方法(perAF)对睡眠剥夺后与正常睡眠后的静息态额顶网络功能活动进行比较研究,采用Pearson相关分析探讨睡眠剥夺后与正常睡眠后额顶网络差异脑区的perAF值与PVT脱漏频次差值的相关性。结果:与正常睡眠后相比,睡眠剥夺后额顶网络中左侧背外侧前额叶、右侧顶上小叶、右侧眶部额中回、左侧中央后回及右侧角回的perAF值均显著下降(FDR校正,P<0.05,团块大小≥20体素)。左侧背外侧前额叶及右侧顶上小叶睡眠剥夺与正常睡眠后perAF值的差异与PVT脱漏频次差值显著负相关。结论:睡眠剥夺后额顶网络局部功能活动强度降低,主要表现为背外侧前额叶及顶上小叶perAF值的显著下降,且上述区域功能活动差异与PVT脱漏频次差值有关,该研究结果有助于理解睡眠剥夺后持续性注意力受损的神经机制。 Objective:To investigate the difference of resting-state spontaneous functional activity of frontal parietal network between sleep deprivation and rest wakefulness.Methods:In the current study,the psychomotor vigilance test(PVT)task was used to measure sustained attention.The percent amplitude of fluctuation(perAF)approach was applied to explore the differences of resting-state spontaneous neural activity between sleep deprivation and rest wakefulness.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationships between the altered perAF values of frontal parietal network and PVT task performance after sleep deprivation.Results:Compared with rest wakefulness,subjects showed decreased perAF values in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,right parietal lobule,right orbital middle frontal gyrus,left posterior central gyrus and right angular gyrus after sleep deprivation(FDR corrected,P<0.01,cluster size≥10 voxel).It was noteworthy that the perAF values of the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and right parietal lobule were negatively correlated with PVT task performance.Conclusion:After sleep deprivation,the resting-state regional neural activity of the frontal parietal network decreased,mainly manifested as decrease perAF value in dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and parietal lobule,which is correlated with PVT task performance.These findings may help us understanding the underlying neural mechanisms of sustained attention deficits after sleep deprivation.
