脾氨肽口服溶液治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical study of spleen aminopeptide oral solution on the seasonal allergic rhinitis

目的 评价脾氨肽口服溶液治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎的有效性和安全性。方法 选取84例季节性过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分配至脾氨肽组和常规组。两组各服药4周,治疗后比较临床疗效、生活质量和外周血免疫功能的变化,并同时进行安全性评估。结果 治疗后脾氨肽组鼻部症状较常规组明显减轻(1.1±1.0 vs 1.9±1.7,P=0.046);生活质量较常规组明显改善(15.4±18.7 vs 19.0±18.3,P=0.096);细胞因子IL-17A较常规组升高(1.7±1.2 vs 3.9±6.1,P=0.012);抗组胺药物、鼻用糖皮质激素用量较常规组显著减少(P<0.05)。结论 脾氨肽口服溶液联合常规药物剂治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎可以减轻鼻部症状,改善生活质量,减少药物用量,发挥免疫调节作用。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of spleen aminopeptide oral solution in the treatment of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis.METHODS Eighty-four patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis were admitted.All patients were randomly divided into spleen aminopeptide oral solution group(n=42) and control group(n=42).After two group took medicine for 4 weeks,Clinical efficacy,quality of life and immune function were investigated,and the safety was evaluated at the same time.RESULTS After treatment,the nasal symptoms in the spleen aminopeptide group were significantly lower than those in the control group(1.1±1.0 vs 1.9±1.7,P=0.046);The quality of life in the spleen aminopeptide group was significantly better than that in the control group(15.4±18.7 vs 19.0±18.3,P=0.096);The level of serum of IL-17A (1.7±1.2 vs 3.9±6.1,P=0.012) in the spleen aminopeptide group was significantly lower than the control group;There was significant difference;The dosage of antihistamines and nasal glucocorticoids in the spleen aminopeptide group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Spleen aminopeptide oral solution in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis can reduce nasal symptoms,improve quality of life,reduce drug dosage and may play an immunomodulatory role.
