碳纳米管——漆酚杂化材料的制备与性能研究

摘要 本文将高导电性的碳纳米管进行衍生化引入叠氮基,利用溴丙炔将漆酚衍生化得到漆炔,通过“click”反应通过三氮唑环将漆炔接枝在高导电性的碳纳米管上制备了一例新型的碳纳米管-漆酚杂化材料,通过IR、Raman、UV、TG、XRD、SEM、EIS等表征确证其结构和形貌,性能研究发现经碳纳米管接枝改性后的漆膜具有良好的导电性和热稳定性,并且其机械性能和耐候性比未改性的漆膜有了显著的提高。 In this article, high conductivity carbon nanotubes are derived into an azide group, and urushiol are derived with propargyl bromide to obtain alkyne. By grafting alkyne to highly conductive carbon nanotube through triazole ring by a “click” reaction, a novel carbon nanotube-urushiol hybrid material was prepared and its structure and morphology were confirmed by IR, Raman, UV, TG, XRD, SEM and EIS. It is found that the modified lacquer film has good electrical conductivity and thermal stability, and its mechanical properties and weather resistance are significantly improved compared to the unmodified lacquer film.
