摘要 本文提出了一种基于隧穿波导的超薄三维频率选择性吸透一体结构(FSR)。该结构具有一个低插损,高选择性的透射窗口,透射窗口两边为宽带吸收。引入隧穿波导作为透射通道,在波导截止频率上实现隧穿效应,总厚度可以压缩到与吸收通道相同的厚度。该结构的厚度仅为0.128λ(其中λ为波导透射频率的波长),仿真结果表明,该结构透射频带的-3-dB相对带宽为8.7%,在5.48GHz处的插入损耗为-0.8dB,上下频带的吸收带宽分别为118%和27%,展现出了良好的频率选择性,以及宽带吸收效果。 In this paper, an ultra-thin 3-D frequency-selective FSR based on tunneling waveguide is proposed. The structure has a transmission window with low insertion loss and high selectivity. By introducing the tunneling waveguide as the transmission channel, the tunneling effect can be realized at the waveguide cut-off frequency, and the total thickness can be compressed to the same thickness as the absorption part. The thickness of the structure is only 0.128λ(λis the wavelength of the waveguide transmission frequency). Simulation results show that the structure has a-3-dB fractional bandwidth(FBW) of 8.7%, insertion loss of -0.8 dB at 5.48 GHz, and absorption bandwidth of 118% and 27% in upper and lower bands, showing good frequency selectivity. And broadband absorption.
