2019年北京市石景山区居民预包装食品摄入及营养标签使用情况调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解北京市石景山区居民预包装食品摄入及营养标签使用情况。方法2019年8月采用多阶段分层与人口成比例的整群随机抽样方法,抽取北京市石景山区12个居委会的461人为研究对象,采用非连续3 d、24 h回顾调查法进行食物消费量调查,通过问卷收集营养标签使用情况。采用χ^(2)检验和秩和检验进行统计分析。结果2019年北京市石景山区3岁以上居民预包装食品消费率为83.30%(384/461)。70.07%(323/461)的居民消费了乳类及其制品,其次是焙烤食品(35.79%,165/461)、方便食品(28.63%,132/461)、饮料(24.73%,114/461)、休闲食品(11.28%,52/461)、冲调食品(5.42%,25/461)。男性乳类消费率低于女性(64.29%,75.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段居民预包装食品总体消费率、乳类、焙烤食品、休闲食品消费率不同,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01),均以3~17岁居民消费率最高(总体消费率98.51%,乳类消费率97.01%,焙烤食品消费率49.25%,休闲食品消费率23.88%)。男性饮料摄入量高于女性(分别为166.67、150.00 g/d),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。35.59%(147/413)的居民营养标签重度使用不足,不同年龄及学历人群使用不足率不同,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01),其中学龄儿童青少年及低学历成人使用不足率较高(分别为72.41%、43.28%)。结论北京市石景山区居民预包装食品总体摄入率高,摄入结构仍需改善,营养标签使用状况有待提升。 Objective To understand the intake of prepackaged foods and the use of nutrition labels among residents in Shijingshan district,Beijing city.Methods A total of 461 residents from 12 neighborhood in Shijingshan district were included in the survey by using a stratified and multi-stage sampling and probability and proportionate to size sampling method in August,2019.Retrospective survey of 3 non-consecutive days was conducted to collect dietary data of them.Questionnaires were used to learn about the use of nutrition labels.Chi-square tests and rank sum tests were used for statistical analysis.Results The consumption rate of prepackaged foods for residents aged 3 years and above in Shijingshan District,Beijing in 2019 was 83.30%(384/461).70.07%(323/461)of the population consumed dairy and its products,followed by baked goods(35.79%,165/461),convenience foods(28.63%,132/461),beverages(24.73%,114/461),snack foods(11.28%,52/461),and instant foods(5.42%,25/461).The rate of dairy consumption was lower among men(64.29%)than women(75.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall consumption rates of prepackaged foods were statistically different among age groups(P<0.01),so were the consumption rates of milk and products,baked foods and snack foods.Residents aged 3-17 showed the highest rates on all these items with consumption rates of 98.51%,97.01%,49.25%and 23.88%,respectively.Men(166.67 g/d)consumed more beverages than women(150.00 g/d),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).35.59%(147/413)of the residents seriously underused nutrition labels.The underuse rates among residents of different age groups were different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),so were that with different education backgrounds(P<0.01).The underuse rates were highest among school-age residents(72.41%)and adults with low education levels(43.28%).Conclusion The overall consumption rate of prepackaged foods of residents in Shijingshan district,Beijing city is at a high level.The structure of intake still needs to be improved and the use of nutrition labels needs to be enhanced.
