艾滋病患者密切接触新冠病毒德尔塔变异株感染者后隔离期间心理体验

Psychological experience of AIDS patients after close contact with patients with delta variant during isolation

目的了解艾滋病患者密切接触新冠病毒德尔塔变异株感染者后隔离期间的心理体验。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11例隔离期密切接触新冠病毒德尔塔变异株感染者的艾滋病患者进行半结构式访谈,采用主题分析法整理访谈资料。结果经过分析、整理,得出研究对象在隔离期间的2个主题,分别为消极感受和积极感受。结论密切接触新冠病毒德尔塔变异株感染者后,艾滋病患者隔离期间存在焦虑、孤独、愧疚、担忧和害怕的消极感受,医护人员需要关注该群体的心理感受,加强社会支持,提供个性化心理护理。

Objective To understand the psychological experience of AIDS patients after close contact with patients with delta variant during isolation.Methods Using the phenomenological research method in qualitative research,11 AIDS patients who had close contact with Delta variant in Covid-19 during the isolation period were interviewed in a semi-structured way,and the interview data were sorted out by thematic analysis.Results After analysis and collation,2 themes of negative feelings and positive feelings were identified from the study participants during the isolation period.Conclusion During the isolation,AIDS patients have negative feelings of anxiety,loneliness,guilt,worry and fear after close contact with patients with delta variant.Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological feelings of AIDS patients,strengthen social support,and provide personalized psychological nursing.
