2019年山东省青岛市某乐器加工企业接害女工血清抗苗勒氏管激素水平分析

摘要 目的探讨长期在低强度噪声、有机溶剂环境中作业对女工血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)水平的影响程度。方法选取2019年7-11月山东省青岛市某乐器加工企业一线女职工为研究对象,工龄均在3年以上,其中33名从事打磨作业的女工为噪声接触组,33名从事涂胶作业的女工为有机溶剂接触组,27名行政后勤工作人员为对照组。采集3组女工的肘静脉血,采用ELISA法测定血清中AMH水平。结果有机溶剂接触组、噪声接触组与对照组血清AMH水平差异无统计学意义(F=0.45,P>0.05)。有机溶剂接触组女工血清AMH水平低于噪声接触组(F=5.92,P<0.05)。结论长期接触有机溶剂可降低女工血清AMH水平。 Objective To explore the influence on serum anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)levels among female workers who staying in low-intensity noisy and organic solvent environment for long time.Methods The first-line female workers with more than 3 years of service of a musical instrument processing enterprise in Qingdao city,Shandong province were selected for the study from July to November 2019.There were 33 female workers engaged in sanding as the noise exposure group,33 female workers engaged in gluing as the organic solvent exposure group and 27 administrative and logistic staff as the control group.Elbow venous blood was collected from the 3 groups,and serum AMH level was determined by ELISA.Results The difference in serum AMH levels between the organic solvent exposure group,noise exposure group and control group was not statistically significant(F=0.45,P>0.05).Serum AMH levels were lower in the organic solvent exposure group than in the noise exposure group(F=5.92,P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term exposure to low-intensity noise and organic solvents may reduce the AMH level in serum among female workers.
