一起肠致病性大肠埃希菌致食源性疾病暴发调查 被引量:1

Investigation on an outbreak of foodborne disease caused by enteropathogenic Escherichia coli

摘要 目的了解山东省淄博市临淄区某中学一起食源性疾病暴发事件的原因,为预防和处理类似事件提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对2020年7月1日山东省淄博市临淄区某中学一起食源性疾病暴发事件采集病例标本、环境和食品样品,依据GB/T 4789.6-2016《食品安全国家标准食品卫生微生物学检验致泻大肠埃希菌检验》等规定的方法进行检测。进行病例对照研究,分析可疑食品。结果共搜索病例134例,罹患率为12.33%(134/1087)。临床特征主要为腹泻(腹泻97.01%,130/134)、腹痛(91.04%,122/134)、恶心(75.37%,101/134)、呕吐(58.21%,78/134)等。采集学生、工作人员的粪便、肛拭子、环境、食品样本35份,10份肠致病性大肠埃希菌阳性,6份样本中分离出肠致病性大肠埃希菌菌株,携带毒力基因escV和内参基因uidA;可疑食品是7月1日午餐食品。结论山东省淄博市临淄区某中学一起食源性疾病暴发事件是由肠致病性大肠埃希菌污染浇汁大虾引起。 Objective To understand the cause of an outbreak of foodborne disease in a middle school in Linzi district of Zibo city,Shandong province,so as to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of similar events.Methods A food-borne disease outbreak in a middle school in Linzi district of Zibo city,Shandong province on July 1,2020 was investigated using on-site epidemiological method.Case samples,environment and food samples were collected and detected according to the provisions of National Standard for Food Safety Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene Examination of diarrhoeal Escherichia coli(GB/T 4789.6-2016),and case-control study was conducted to analyze suspicious foods.Results A total of 134 cases were searched,and the attack rate was 12.30%(134/1087).The main symptoms were diarrhea(97.01%,130/134),abdominal pain(91.04%,122/134),nausea(75.37%,101/134),vomiting(58.21%,78/134).A total of 35 samples of feces,anal swabs,environment and food from students and staff were collected,and 10 samples were positive for enteropathogenic Escherichia coli,enteropathogenic Escherichia coli strains were isolated from 6 samples,carrying virulence gene escV and internal reference gene uidA.The suspect food was lunch food on July 1 st.Conclusion An outbreak of foodborne diseases in a middle school in Linzi district,Zibo city,Shandong province is caused by enteropathogenic Escherichia coli contaminating prawns in sauce.
