云南省高校教师中医药健康文化素养现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status and influencing factors of health literacy in traditional Chinese medicine among university teachers, Yunnan province

目的 了解云南省高校教师的中医药健康文化素养水平,分析其主要的影响因素。方法 2022年1-3月,采用多阶段抽样方法,随机抽取605名高校教师开展中医药健康文化素养问卷调查,采用χ^(2)检验和二分类logistic回归进行数据分析。结果 2022年云南省高校教师中医药健康文化素养水平为40.50%,其中文化常识素养、健康生活方式素养、基本理念素养、信息理解能力素养和公众适宜方法素养分别是60.00%、49.92%、67.60%、60.83%和9.42%。二分类logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、文化程度和慢性病患病情况是高校教师中医药健康文化素养水平的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。女性素养水平高于男性(P<0.05),年龄越大、其素养水平越高(P<0.05),具有硕士学历者的素养水平高于本科与博士学历者(P<0.05),收入越高、其素养水平越高(P<0.05)。结论 云南省高校教师的中医药健康文化素养水平较高,但是中医药公众适宜方法素养水平较低,在中医药文化知识教育工作中特别要关注男性、年龄较小者、患有慢性病者。

Objective To understand the level of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health literacy of university teachers in Yunnan province, and analyze the main influencing factors. Methods From January to March 2022,a multi-stage sampling method was used to randomly select 605 university teachers to conduct a questionnaire survey on health literacy in TCM,and data were analyzed using Chi-square and binary logistic regression. Results In 2022,the overall level of health literary of TCM culture among university teachers in Yunnan province was 40.50%.The health literacy of cultural common sense, healthy lifestyle, basic concept, information understanding ability and public appropriate method were 60.00%,49.92%,67.60%,60.83% and 9.42%,respectively.Binary logistic regression indicated that sex, age, education level and chronic diseases were the influencing factors on overall health literacy of TCM(P<0.05).Women had higher health literacy level(P<0.05),the older the age, the higher the level of literacy(P<0.05),teachers with master′s degrees had higher health literacy level than teachers who had undergraduate degree or doctor degree(P<0.05),the higher the income, the higher the level of literacy(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of TCM health culture literacy among university teachers in Yunnan Province is high, but the level of TCM public literacy in appropriate methods is low.Special attention should be paid to men, younger people and people with chronic diseases in TCM cultural knowledge education work.
