摘要
目的 应用线上、线下发放尿液人体免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)匿名检测服务包,了解男男性行为者(MSM)接受两种HIV尿液匿名检测方式的差异,探讨对MSM人群进行尿液HIV匿名检测的可行性。方法 采用方便抽样方法,于2020年7月-2021年3月用线下和线上两种方式,向北京市东城区MSM人群免费发放尿液HIV检测服务包350个,其中线下发放方式为在MSM活动场所现场发放(共发放250个),线上发放方式为通过网络预约和快递邮寄发放(共发放100个)。调查对象采集完尿液后邮寄回实验室,实验室人员将HIV检测结果录入指定网站,调查对象到指定网站查询检测结果。结果 共计发放尿液检测服务包350个,实验室回收283个,回收率为80.86%。通过线下发放的尿液检测包回收率为94.40%(236/250),通过线上发放的尿液检测包回收率为47.00%(47/100),线下发放的尿液检测包回收率高于线上发放(P<0.01)。通过指定网站查询结果的人数共计198人,查询率为69.96%(198/283)。对线下发放后回收的尿液检测包的查询率为65.25%(154/236),对线上发放后回收的尿液检测包的查询率为93.62%(44/47),线下发放尿液检测服务包的查询率低于线上发放(P<0.01)。检测出HIV抗体1个,HIV抗体阳性率0.40%。结论 对MSM人群进行尿液HIV匿名检测采用线下发放方式的检测包回收率高,而线上发放方式的网络结果查询率高。
Objective To understand the differences between the 2 forms of anonymous HIV urine testing received by men who have sex with men(MSM) by applying online and offline distribution of anonymous urine human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) testing service package, and to explore the feasibility of anonymous HIV urine testing for the MSM population. Methods From July 2020 to March 2021,the convenient sampling method was used to distribute HIV urine testing service packs to MSM population in Dongcheng district of Beijing city for free, both offline and online.After collecting urine, it was mailed back to the laboratory.The laboratory staff entered the testing results into the designated website, and the respondents checked the results on the designated website with the barcode number. Results From July 2020 to March 2021,a total of 350 urine test package were issued, and 283 were recovered by the laboratory, with a recovery rate of 80.86%.The recovery rate of urine test package distributed offline was 94.40%(236/250),and that of urine test package distributed online was 47.00%(47/100).The recovery rate of urine test package distributed offline was higher than that distributed online(P<0.01);Survey subjects who searched the results through the designated website was 198,and the result search rate was 69.96%(198/283).The query rate of urine test package collected after offline distribution was 65.25%(154/236),and that of urine test package collected after online distribution was 93.62%(44/47).The query rate of urine test service package distributed offline was lower than that distributed online(P<0.01);1 HIV antibody positive was detected, and the HIV antibody positive rate was 0.40%. Conclusion The return rate of offline HIV urine testing service packages is high, and the query rate of online HIV urine testing service packages is high.
