南京市梅山矿业公司工作场所职业卫生现状评价

Evaluation of occupational health status in workplace of Meishan mining company in Nanjing City

目的 了解南京市梅山矿业公司工作场所职业卫生现状,提出职业防护建议。方法 于2020年对该公司展开职业卫生调查,通过调查该企业的总体布局、生产工艺和设备布局、职业危害因素、防护设施以及职业卫生管理,综合评估其职业卫生状况。结果 工作场所的化学有害因素检测均合格,包括粉尘、二硫化碳、硫酸、三氧化硫、二氧化氮、锰、苯、甲苯和二甲苯。中碎作业区/控制室、1-2#破碎机、筛子、负7#皮带、负6#皮带、螺旋、1#皮带、隔音休息室巡检作业人员噪声8 h等效声级为85.133 dB(A),提运分厂-490 1#皮带/-490 1#皮带操作室巡检作业人员噪声8 h等效声级为97.133 dB(A),噪声检测不符合限制要求,可被定为噪声作业分级III级范畴内,属于重度危害。结论 经调查发现该企业化学有害因素检测合格,噪声存在明显超标。建议企业为噪声作业岗位的员工配备3M1110型防噪声耳塞,并加强防护用品的佩戴的监督。

Objective To understand the occupational health status of workplace in Meishan mining company in Nanjing City and provide reference for occupational protection.Methods An occupational health survey was carried out in the company in 2020.The occupational health status was comprehensively evaluated through the determination of the overall layout,production process and equipment layout,occupational hazard factors,protective facilities and occupational health management in the company.Results The chemical hazardous factors in the workplace were all qualified,including dust,carbon disulfide,sulfuric acid,sulfur trioxide,nitrogen dioxide,manganese,benzene,toluene,and xylene.The equivalent continuous sound level normalized to 8 hours of inspection workers in medium crushing operation area/control room control room,1-2# crusher,sieve,-7# belt,-6# belt,screw,1# belt,and sound insulation rest room was 85.133 dB(A),and that of inspection workers in the operation room of-490 1# belt and-490 1# belt in the lifting branch was 97.133 dB(A),which does not meet the limit requirements,can be classified as noise operation grade Ⅲ,belonging to serious hazard.Conclusion The investigation has found that the chemical harmful factors of the enterprise are qualified,but the noise obviously exceeds the standard.It is suggested that enterprises should equip employees with3M1110 noise-proof earplugs and strengthen the supervision of wearing protective equipment.
