基于有中介的调节模型分析军人神经质人格与主观幸福感的关系

Relationship between neuroticism and subjective well-being among army men by a mediated moderation model

目的 探讨军人的神经质人格与主观幸福感的关系,及心理弹性与负性情绪在其中的作用机制。方法 2020年10月整群抽取海军某部军人进行问卷调查,包括简式大五人格量表神经质分量表、主观幸福感量表、CONNOR-DAVIDSON心理弹性量表和抑郁-焦虑-压力量表,并对数据进行分析。结果 共回收有效问卷3 883份。海军某部军人平均神经质人格得分为(28.21±9.24)分,平均主观幸福感得分为(23.66±5.55)分,平均心理弹性得分为(68.05±16.22)分,平均抑郁、焦虑和压力得分分别为(4.72±5.99)、(5.51±5.08)和(8.58±6.72)分。神经质人格是军人主观幸福感的危险因素(β=-0.410,P<0.01);心理弹性对神经质人格与主观幸福感关系的调节效应显著(β=0.149,P<0.01),且调节效应部分以负性情绪为中介(β=-0.262~-0.120,P<0.01)。结论 神经质人格、主观幸福感、心理弹性、负性情绪4个变量之间的关系是有中介的调节效应。建议通过训练提升军人的心理弹性水平以缓冲其神经质人格导致的不利影响。

Objective To investigate the relationship between neuroticism and subjective well-being among army men,explore the mechanism of psychological resilience and negative emotions on this relationship.Methods The Participants were recruited from a naval unit by cluster sampling to complete a questionnaire survey in October 2020,including the big five personality inventory brief version-neuroticism subscale,subjective well-being scale,CONNOR-DAVIDSON resilience scale,and depression-anxietystress scale,and the data were analyzed.Results A total of 3 883 effective questionnaires were collected.The average score of neuroticism was(28.21±9.24)points,the average score of subjective well-being was(23.66±5.55)points,and the average score of psychological resilience was(68.05±16.22)points,moreover,the average score of depression,anxiety,and stress was(4.72±5.99),(5.51±5.08) and(8.58±6.72)points,respectively.The neuroticism was a risk factor of subjective well-being among army men(β =-0.410,P <0.01).The psychological resilience significantly moderated the relationship between neuroticism and subjective well-being(β =0.149,P <0.01),and negative emotions significantly mediated this moderating effect(β=-0.262--0.120,P<0.01).Conclusion The mediated moderation among neuroticism,subjective well-being,psychological resilience,and negative emotions is confirmed.It is suggested that the psychological resilience of army men should be improved by training,thus attenuating the adverse effects of neuroticism.
