上海市闵行区≥15岁居民吸烟情况及烟草危害信息媒体宣传现况调查 被引量:3

A cross-sectional study on smoking status and mass media exposure status of tobacco hazard information among residents aged ≥15 years old in Minhang District of Shanghai

摘要 目的 了解上海市闵行区≥15岁居民吸烟情况及对烟草危害信息大众媒体传播现况,为≥15岁居民控烟策略提供科学依据。方法 于2020年6月采用多阶段分层抽样法抽取3个街道(乡镇)中702位≥15岁居民,共回收有效问卷698份。结果 上海市闵行区≥15岁居民吸烟率为14.04%。不同性别、年龄、学历及在过去的30天内在报纸或杂志、电视、广播、广告牌、宣传栏、海报或者宣传印刷品、互联网看到过关于吸烟危害或者鼓励人们戒烟信息、在过去的30天内,在海报或者宣传印刷品、公共场所墙体广告看到过关于推销卷烟的广告或标志的≥15岁居民吸烟情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素logistics回归分析显示,性别、年龄、在过去的30天内在电视看到过关于吸烟危害或者鼓励人们戒烟的信息、在过去的30天内在宣传栏看到过关于吸烟危害或者鼓励人们戒的信息、在过去的30天内在互联网看到过关于吸烟危害或者鼓励人们戒烟信息是上海市闵行区≥15岁居民吸烟的影响因素(均P<0.05)。上海市闵行区≥15岁居民烟草危害相关知识平均知晓率为70.83%,吸烟组平均知晓率及不同条目知晓率均低于不吸烟组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 大众媒体在控烟宣传中十分重要,要着重于控烟宣传方式与适配内容的个性化制定。 Objective To investigate the current smoking status and the mass media exposure status of tobacco hazard information among residents aged ≥15 years old in Minhang District of Shanghai,provide scientific basis for smoking control strategies among residents aged ≥15 years old.Methods The multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to collect 702 residents aged ≥15years old from three communities(administrative villages) in June 2020,and 698 questionnaires were valid.Results The smoking rate of residents aged ≥15 years old in Minhang District of Shanghai was 14.04%.There were statistically significant differences in gender,age,education background,have seen the information about the harm of smoking or encouraging people to quit smoking in newspapers or magazines,television,radio,advertisement,billboards,posters or promotional printed materials,and the internet in the last 30 days,and have seen the advertisements or signs on the promotion of cigarettes in posters or promotional printed materials and wall advertisements in public places in the last 30 days(all P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,have seen information on television about the harm of smoking or encouraging people to quit smoking in the last 30 days,have seen information on the harm of smoking or encouraging people to quit smoking on the billboard in the last30 days,and have seen information on the harm of smoking or encouraging people to quit smoking on the internet in the last30 days were influencing factors of smoking among residents aged ≥15 years old in Minhang District of Shanghai(all P<0.05).The average awareness rate of tobacco hazard related knowledge among residents aged ≥15 years old in Minhang District of Shanghai was 70.83%.The average awareness rate and different items awareness rates of smoking group were lower than those of non-smoking group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The mass media plays a very important role in tobacco control publicity,and it is necessary to focus on the personalized formulation of tobacco control publicity methods and adaptation contents.
