自尊和公共服务动机对乡村振兴背景下基层干部知觉压力的影响

Influence of self-esteem and public service motivation on perceived pressure of grassroots cadres in rural areas under circumstance of rural revitalization

摘要 目的 考察在乡村振兴背景下陕西省某脱贫“摘帽”县所属县、乡镇、村基层干部群体的工作压力状况,探索其影响因素。方法 2020年12月,使用方便抽样法,采用短版公共服务动机量表、两维度自尊测量问卷、知觉压力量表对陕西省某脱贫“摘帽”县560名基层干部进行调查。采用SPSS 23.0对数据进行相关分析,采用AMOS 23.0进行结构方程模型建模和中介效应检验。结果 基层干部的公共服务动机得分为(30.36±5.15)分,自尊得分为(47.03±6.34)分,知觉压力得分为(45.25±9.95)分。女性干部的知觉压力显著高于男性,乡镇及村干部的知觉压力显著高于县级机关干部,派驻干部的知觉压力显著高于非派驻干部(均P<0.01)。相关分析显示,公共服务动机和自尊与知觉压力均呈负相关(r=-0.26、-0.63,P<0.01)。结构方程模型结果显示,自尊在公共服务动机与知觉压力之间存在完全中介作用。结论 基层干部知觉压力普遍较高。公共服务动机和自尊均对知觉压力呈负向预测作用,自尊在公共服务动机与知觉压力之间起到完全中介作用。 Objective To investigate the working pressure of the grassroots cadres in counties,towns and villages level management in the county removed from the poverty list in Shaanxi Province under the background of rural revitalization,explore its influencing factors.Methods In December 2020,by the convenience sampling method,560 grassroots cadres in a county removed from the poverty list in Shaanxi Province were investigated by the short-version public service motivation scale,the twodimensional self-esteem questionnaire,and the perceptual stress scale.SPSS 23.0 was used for correlation analysis of data,and AMOS 23.0 was used for structural equation modeling and mediation effect testing.Results The public service motivation score of the grassroots cadres was(30.36±5.15)points,the self-esteem score was(47.03±6.34)points,and the perceived stress score was(45.25±9.95)points.The perceived pressure of female cadres was significantly higher than that of males,the perceived pressure of township and village cadres was significantly higher than that of county officials,and the perceived pressure of resident cadres was significantly higher than that of non-resident cadres(all P<0.01).The correlation analysis showed that public service motivation and self-esteem were both negatively correlated with perceived pressure(r=-0.26,-0.63,both P<0.01).The structural equation model results showed that self-esteem had a completely mediating role between public service motivation and perceived pressure.Conclusion The perceived pressure of grassroots cadres is generally high.Both public service motivation and self-esteem negatively predict perceived stress,and self-esteem completely mediates the relationship between public service motivation and perceived stress.
