基于正交试验的TBM双板刀盘结构参数优化设计

摘要 刀盘是全断面岩石掘进机的关键核心部件,对其结构参数与其形变关系的研究就显得特别重要。基于此,以某工程TBM双板刀盘为研究对象,以刀盘前板厚度、后板厚度、两板间距、大轴承半径与刀盘半径之比等结构参数为自变量,采用正交试验设计,借助ANSYS软件进行有限元分析研究,发现影响双板刀盘形变均匀性大小的因素依次是刀盘大轴承半径与刀盘半径之比、刀盘前板厚度、刀盘后板厚度及两板间距。该研究内容和方法对全断面岩石掘进机刀盘结构及其形变的研究具有参考价值。 The cutterhead is the key core component of the full face rock TBM (tunnel boring machine),and the research on its structural parameters and deformation relationship is particularly important.Based on this,a TBM double-plate cutterhead was taken as the research object,the structural parameters such as the thickness of the front plate of the cutterhead,the thickness of the rear plate of the cutterhead,the distance between the two plates and the ratio of the radius of the grand bearing to that of the cutterhead were used as the independent variables,orthogonal test design was conduct finite element analysis with the help of ANSYS software.It was found that the factors affecting the uniformity of the deformation of the double-plate cutterhead were the ratio of the grand bearing radius to that of the cutterhead,the thickness of the front plate of the cutterhead,the thickness of the rear plate of the cutterhead and the distance between the two plates in sequence.The research content and method was of reference value for the research on the structure and deformation of the cutterhead of the full face rock TBM.
