摘要
针对树脂抗滑磨耗层材料的种类及其病害问题,从理论研究与工程应用2个方面进行了归类和分析。在基本理论部分,介绍了树脂抗滑磨耗层常用的树脂材料及其道路工程应用现状,并横向对比了每种材料的优缺点。在病害分析部分,首先对树脂抗滑磨耗层常见的病害类型进行总结归纳,然后从微观试验与宏观现象分析了每种病害的成因,并提出了相应的解决措施。结果表明:树脂抗滑磨耗层在应用过程中会逐渐暴露出起包、老化、开裂、坑槽、脱落等病害,树脂种类不同,其易发病害也不相同。
In view of the types of resin anti-slip wear layer materials and their disease problem, the classification and analysis were carried out from two perspectives of theoretical research and engineering application.In the basic theory part, the resin materials commonly used in resin anti-skid wear layer and their application status in road engineering were introduced in detail, and compared horizontally the advantages and disadvantages of each material.In the disease analysis part, the common disease types of the layer were summarized first, and then the cause of each disease was analyzed from the perspective of microscopic test and macroscopic phenomenon, and proposed corresponding solutions.The results shown that the resin anti-slip wear layer will gradually expose diseases such as bagging, aging, cracking, pitting, and falling off during the application process.Different types of resins had different susceptibility to disease.
