摘要
利用疏水溶液和Fe_(3)O_(4)分散液对聚氨酯海绵进行浸涂,制备出超疏水/超亲油聚氨酯海绵。通过扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对材料的表面形貌和化学成分进行分析,研究了碱液浸渍对材料润湿性的影响,并考察了其油水分离性能。结果表明,疏水溶液和Fe_(3)O_(4)分散液浸涂使海绵获得超疏水/超亲油性,其对水和油的接触角分别为154.6°和0°。经碱液浸渍后,海绵下表面转变为超亲水/水下疏油状态,且转换速度极快;而海绵上表面仍保持超疏水/超亲油性。该材料对游离态油水混合液具有良好的分离性能和磁分离性能。
Superhydrophobic/superoleophilic polyurethane sponge(PUR) was fabricated by dip-coating PUR with the hydrophobic solution and Fe_(3)O_(4)dispersion.The surface morphology and chemical compositions of the sponge were analyzed by SEM,EDS and FT-IR.Moreover, the effect of dipping of alkali solution on the wettability of the PUR was studied.Their oil-water separation performance was also investigated.The results showed that the sponge obtained superhydrophobicity/superoleophilicity after dip-coating the hydrophobic solution and Fe_(3)O_(4)dispersion, and the contact angles for water and oil were 154.6° and 0°,respectively.After dipping by alkali solution, the lower surface of the sponge was switched to the superhydrophilic/underwater oleophobic state, and the switching was very rapid.However, the upper surface of the sponge still remained superhydrophobic/superoleophilic.The sponge showed good separation performance for immiscible oil-water mixture.And it had favorable magnetic separation performance.
