藏族传统体育铸牢中华民族共同体意识的归因考释

The Role of Traditional Tibetan Sports in Shaping a Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation

以藏族传统体育为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法,基于群际接触理论,通过外因、内因解读藏族传统体育铸牢中华民族共同体意识的叙事过程,意在为构建新型民族关系、铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供依据。研究认为:外因是诱因,能吸引、召集人群,为国家方针政策的宣讲提供平台,间接提升族群内部对国家的认识、认知;内因是驱动力,作用于群际之间,通过区域比赛、集体参与、身体文化符号、民族传统体育运动会等促进各民族之间相互交流、互学互鉴,在互动中提升族群的交际与融合,推动民族关系由地域共同体向精神共同体转变。并认为:在认知层面、行为层面、情感层面的交往、交流、交融,能够凝聚人心,产生共鸣,减少偏见,降低群际焦虑,形成铸牢中华民族共同体意识的认同机制。

This paper takes traditional Tibetan sports as the research object,and adopts literature review,field investigation,and logical analysis to interpret the narrative process of traditional Tibetan sports shaping a sense of community for the Chinese nation based on the theory of intergroup contact and through analyzing external and internal cause factors,with a view to establishing a new ethnic relation and providing a basis for shaping a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. The study holds that external factors are the incentives,which can attract and bring people together,provide a platform for the publicity of national policies,and indirectly enhance the understanding and cognition of the country within ethnic groups;internal factors are the driving force that acts on the intergroups. Through regional competitions,collective participation,physical and cultural symbols,and traditional national sports games,we promote mutual exchanges and mutual learning among various ethnic groups,enhance the communication and integration of ethnic groups in the interaction,and promote the transformation of ethnic relations from a regional community to a community that shares the same belief. It is also concluded that the exchanges,communication,and integration at the cognitive,behavioral,and emotional levels can unite people,generate resonance,reduce prejudice,reduce intergroup anxiety,and form an identity mechanism that shapes a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
