摘要
“融合教育”理念在高等教育中的发展需要推动系统性、包容性的大学校园无障碍环境建设。研究基于无障碍设计法规、学术文献和实地调研结果初选指标;参考残疾人问卷调研和自身模拟障碍数据,结合专家建议筛选指标,从四个维度建立指标体系框架;采用主、客观赋权法相结合的综合赋权法计算指标权重,构建出完整的评价指标体系。
The development of the concept of"integrated education"in higher education needs to promote the systematic and inclusive construction of acessible environment on campus.This research selects indicators based on acessibilty design regulations,research literature and field research results.Referring to the questinnaire survey of the disabled and their own simulated disability data,combined with expert recom-mendations to screen indicators,establish the index system framework from four dimensions.The weight of each index calculated by a comprehensive weighting method which combines subjective and objective weighting methods,and a complete evaluation index system is constructed as a result.
