摘要
羽毛球运动的群众基础非常广泛,且具有良好的锻炼效果,但在锻炼过程中经常伴随着运动损伤风险。通过对在羽毛球运动中容易受伤的肩、肘、腕、膝、踝关节和腰背等部位的解剖结构加以列举和分析,指出其受力弱点及易伤原因,有助于参与者规避受伤风险,并可有针对性地锻炼。对导致运动损伤的原因进行探析,指出准备活动不足,动作技术不标准,身体素质不达标,场地状况不佳和运动装备不规范是导致损伤发生的主要因素,并提出相应的预防策略。
Badminton has a very wide mass base and good exercise effect,but it is often accompanied by the risk of sports injury in the process of exercise.In this paper,it enumerates and analyzes the anatomical structures of shoulder,elbow,wrist,knee,ankle and low back that are easy to be injured in badminton,and points out their stress weakness and causes of injury,which can help participants avoid the risk of injury and strengthen targeted exercise.It analyzes the causes of sports injury,points out that insufficient preparation activities,non-standard movement technology,non-standard physical quality,poor site conditions and non-standard sports equipment are the main factors leading to injury,and puts forward the corresponding prevention strategies.
