摘要
在我国由体育大国向体育强国发展的过程中,竞技体育和大众体育的发展可谓是日新月异。竞技领域内,正确的动作模式逐渐引起教练员、运动员以及科研人员的重视,但在大众人群的日常健身中,人们对于正确动作模式的重视程度有待提高。大众人群日常出现的运动损伤多是由于动作不正确导致的,而引起动作不正确的一个很重要的原因是关节的灵活性和稳定性不足。因此,拥有合理的关节灵活性和稳定性至关重要。该研究专门通过人体动作模式视角下的关节灵活性和稳定性训练为运动员和大众人群的科学训练提供理论依据,从而减少不同人群运动损伤,提高运动员的比赛成绩,提高大众人群的健康水平,加快我国从体育大国到体育强国的进程。
In the process of China's development from a big sports country to a sports power,the development of competitive sports and mass sports can be described as changing with each passing day.In the field of competition,the correct movement pattern gradually attracts the attention of coaches,athletes and scientific researchers,but in the daily fitness of the public,people's attention to the correct motion mode needs to be improved.The daily sports injuries of the public are mostly caused by incorrect actions,and a very important reason for incorrect actions is the lack of flexibility and stability of joints.Therefore,it is very important to have reasonable joint flexibility and stability.This research provides theoretical basis for scientific training of athletes and the general public through joint flexibility and stability training under the perspective of human motion mode,so as to reduce sports injuries of different groups,improve the performance of athletes,improve the health level of the general public,and accelerate the process of China from a big sports country to a sports power.
