体医结合视域下瑜伽促进大学生健康的实现路径

Realization Path of Yoga Promoting College Students’ Health from the Perspective of Sports and Medical Integration

体医结合作为维护和增进健康的有效方式,对改善大学生健康能起到积极的作用。该文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,对瑜伽运动实现体医结合的理论进行逻辑分析,研究发现瑜伽自身蕴含着丰富的医理,为体医结合的实现奠定了基础;瑜伽包含调摄身心、祛病延年的理论和方法,在健康促进方面能起到积极的作用;体医结合打破了瑜伽与医学之间的界限,是瑜伽发展的必然趋势。在此基础上,提出需加大瑜伽体医融合的创新性研究,实施瑜伽课内外有机结合,加强大学生体质健康监测及瑜伽处方干预,加强体医结合的宣传与引导等促进大学生健康的体医结合路径,旨在促进全民科学健身,维护和增进大学生健康,助力健康中国行动。

As an effective way to maintain and promote health,sports and medical integration can play a positive role in improving college students’ health.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper makes a logical analysis of the theory of yoga to realize sports and medical integration,and finds that yoga itself contains rich medical theories,laying a foundation for the realization of sports and medical integration;Yoga includes the theory and method of regulating body and mind,curing diseases and prolonging life,which can play a positive role in health promotion;Sports and medical integration breaks the boundary between yoga and medicine,which is an inevitable trend of yoga development.On this basis,it is proposed that more innovative research should be done on the integration of yoga practice and medicine;Implement the organic combination inside and outside the yoga class;Strengthening the physical health monitoring of college students and the intervention of yoga prescriptions;Strengthen the publicity and guidance of sports and medical integration and other ways of yoga to promote the health of college students,aiming to promote the scientific fitness of the whole people,maintain and improve the health of college students,and help the healthy China action.
