国内高校花球啦啦操转体类难度动作选用情况及影响因素研究

摘要 该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、图像观察法、数理统计法,根据2021—2022年全国啦啦操总决赛选用难度情况,研究啦啦操难度中最具代表性的转体类难度动作,分析其影响因素,旨在促进运动员在了解影响因素的前提下进行综合性训练,提高训练效率。研究得出以下结论:(1)赛场上常用的转体类难度动作为平转、立转和阿拉C杠,虽然它们是基础动作,有容错率高、观赏性高的特点,但对技术水平要求较高;(2)踝关节力量是完成转体类难度动作的基础,圈数的多少、立脚都与踝关节力量和柔韧有很大联系;(3)运动员在转体过程中身体姿态的不同对转体也有较大影响。其中,腰腹力量为主要因素,在转体过程中收紧核心,把转体范围最小化,感受转体时额状面与水平面呈垂直切面的活动非常重要。 By using the method of literature,expert interview,image observation and mathematical statistics,according to the difficulty of the national cheerleading finals from 2021 to 2022,this paper studies the most representative difficulty movements of rotation in the difficulty of cheerleading,and analyzes its influencing factors.The aim is to push athletes to carry out comprehensive training and improve training efficiency on the premise of understanding the influencing factors.We hereby draw the following conclusions:(1)The commonly used difficult movements of swivel in the competition field are horizontal turn,vertical turn and Ala C bar.Although they are basic actions with high fault tolerance and high viewing ability,they require high technical level;(2)Ankle strength is the basis for completing difficult rotations.The number of laps and feet are closely related to ankle strength and flexibility;(3)The different body postures of athletes in the process of rotation also have a greater impact on the rotation.Among them,the waist and abdomen force is the main factor.It is very important to tighten the core and minimize the rotation range during the rotation.It is very important to feel that the frontal plane and the horizontal plane are in a vertical section during the rotation.
