摘要
师范类专业认证在以评促强的目标指引下,对学生的整体能力提出了较高的要求,也为师范类体育教学的改革创新提出了新的挑战。因而制订切实富有成效的应用型人才培养计划与具体方案,培养具备专业知识技能与全面综合素养的应用型体育教育人才,成为各高校体育人才培养的重要方向。该文梳理了师范类专业认证对体育教育人才培养的意义,深入剖析了师范类专业认证背景下体育教育专业存在的问题,进而提出构建针对师范类体育课程的新型教学体系,丰富师范类体育课程的教学手段,改变师范类体育课程的评价制度,加强对师范类体育学生教学应用型能力培养的体育教学体系改革策略,旨在通过师范类专业认证背景下的体育教育创新尝试,来实现师范类体育应用型人才培养模式的有效构建。
Under the guidance of the goal of"Promoting strength by evaluation",normal education professional accreditation puts forward higher requirements for students'overall ability and new challenges for the reform and innovation of normal education PE teaching.As a result,it has become an important direction for colleges and universities to formulate practical and effective training plans and specific programs for application-oriented talents and cultivate application-oriented physical education talents with professional knowledge and skills and comprehensive quality.This paper combs out the significance of normal education professional accreditation to the training of physical education talents,deeply analyzes the problems of physical education under the background of normal education professional accreditation,and then it proposes to build a new teaching system for normal physical education courses,enrich the teaching means of normal physical education courses,change the evaluation system of normal physical education courses,and strengthen the reform strategy of the physical education teaching system for the cultivation of the teaching application ability of normal physical education students,aiming at realizing the effective construction of the training mode of normal physical education application talents through the innovative attempt of physical education under the background of normal education professional accreditation.
