构建南京市体医融合的体育公共服务模式与对策研究

Research on Construction of Sports Public Service Mode and Countermeasures of Sports and Medical Integration in Nanjing

该文以南京市体医融合实施案例为研究对象,采用文献资料法、实地调查法、案例分析法等研究方法,探析体医融合的基本概念、重要性、现存问题以及推进路径。并提出在健康中国的大背景下构建南京市体医融合的体育公共服务新模式:顶层引导,消除政策壁垒;设立体医跨部门协调组织;培育体医融合复合型人才以及人才队伍培养体系;以社区健康服务中心为基本服务单位,构建一站式健康服务模式;建立健身健康档案和基础数据平台;整合体医资源,搭建体医融合共建共享大平台。

Taking the implementation case of sports and medical integration in Nanjing as the research object,this paper uses the research methods of literature,field investigation and case analysis to explore the basic concept,importance,existing problems and promotion path of sports medical integration.Under the background of Healthy China,this paper proposes a new model of sports public service based on the sports and medical integration in Nanjing:Top-level guidance to eliminate policy barriers;Set up cross department coordination organization of stereoscopic medicine;Cultivate sports medical integration talents and talent team training system;Take community health service center as the basic service unit to build a"one-stop"health service model;Establish fitness and health archives and basic data platform;Integrate sports and medical resources and build a large platform for sports and medical integration and sharing.
