深化体教融合视域下中小学竞技体育后备人才培养的困境与优化策略

Dilemma and Optimization Strategy of Reserve Talents Training in Primary and Secondary Competitive Sports under the Background of Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education

培养中小学竞技体育后备人才是我国体育事业发展的关键,它对我国竞技体育后备人才梯队建设有着重要影响。该文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对深化体教融合视域下中小学竞技体育后备人才培养进行研究,发现中小学竞技体育后备人才培养存在“学训矛盾”突显,竞赛体系不完整,学校体育资源配置失衡等问题。基于此,提出推进体教思想融合,积极探寻学训平衡;促进体教目标融合,突破双系统下竞赛体系壁垒;扩大体教资源融合,平衡学校体育资源配置的优化策略,为实现新时代“体回归于教”提供新思路。

Training reserve sports talents in primary and secondary schools is a key point of sports development in China,,which has an important impact on the construction of the reserve talents echelon of competitive sports in China.This paper studies the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of"deepening the integration of sports and education"through the methods of literature review and logical analysis,and finds that the training of competitive sports reserve talents in primary and secondary schools has the problems of prominent contradiction between learning and training,incomplete competition system,and unbalanced allocation of school sports resources.Based on this,it is proposed to promote the integration of sports and education and actively explore the balance between learning and training;Promote the integration of sports and education goals,and break through the barriers of the competition system under the"dual system";The optimization strategy of expanding the integration of sports and education resources and balancing the allocation of school sports resources will provide new ideas for the realization of"sports returning to teaching"in the new era.
