随着信息化技术的发展,数字媒体产业链得到了较为全面的发展,社会对数字媒体技能型人才需求不但多样化,更有大量的数字媒体类岗位空缺,特别是在影视、动漫、游戏、网络艺术、数字互动等专业领域技能人才缺口更大。从产业发展需求、专业发展需求和企业用人需求来看,数字媒体产业都急需大量技能人才,同时也是助力乡村振兴的重要支撑力量,提出创新融合机制建设、创新职教集团发展、创新现代学徒培养和创新职教成果转化等四种产教融合人才培养机制创新,是解决无锡数字媒体产业技能人才培养的有效策略。

With the development of information technology,the digital media industry chain has been more comprehensive development.The demand for digital media skilled talents in society is not only diversified,but also a large number of digital media job vacancies,especially in film and television,animation,games,online art,digital interaction and other professional fields.From the perspective of industrial development needs,professional development needs and enterprise employment needs,the digital media industry is in urgent need of a large number of skilled personnel,and is also an important supporting force to help rural revitalization.It proposes four kinds of innovation in talent training mechanisms for industry education integration,including innovation integration mechanism construction,innovation vocational education group development,innovation modern apprenticeship training and innovation vocational education achievements transformation,It is an effective strategy to cultivate skilled talents in Wuxi digital media industry.
