摘要
电气线路互联系统(EWIS)屏蔽效能试验包括表面转移阻抗、屏蔽/耦合衰减两个表征参数的测量。通过对IEC 62153-4系列、GB/T 31723.4系列标准以及公开发表的论文进行总结,从定义、试验方法、适用范围、发展现状等方面,详细分析了表面转移阻抗的现有试验方法(三同轴法、线注入法、电流探头法)及屏蔽/耦合衰减的现有试验方法(三同轴法、吸收钳法、注入钳法、混响室法、GTEM小室法)的原理、适用性及优缺点,对工程上开展电缆及组件屏蔽效能的试验与评价具有重要指导意义。
The shielding effectiveness test of EWIS includes the measurement of surface transfer impedance and screening or coupling attenuation.Through the summary of IEC 62153-4 series,GB/T 31723.4 series standards and published papers,from the aspects of definition,test methods,application scope,development status,etc.,The principle,applicability,advantages and disadvantages of existing measurement methods of surface transfer impedance(triaxial method,line injection method and current probe method)and existing measurement methods of screening or coupling attenuation(triaxial method,absorbing clamp method,injection clamp method,reverberation chamber method and GTEM cell method)are analyzed in detail.It has important guiding significance for testing and evaluating shielding effectiveness of cables and their components in engineering.
