重力式自动装料衡器ESD干扰机理研究及应用

摘要 针对重力式自动装料衡器在±4 kV静电放电(ESD)抗扰度测试中的不合格问题,研究了ESD的标准测试方法和干扰源特性,分析ESD测试的干扰机理,并找出衡器ESD的干扰原因。基于上述研究基础,选择改变衡器屏蔽电缆的屏蔽层与产品金属机壳搭接方式进行整改。试验结果表明,衡器经整改后能顺利通过检测标准规定的±6 kV接触放电和±8 kV空气放电测试。文中采取的静电放电抗扰度干扰机理、研究方法和整改方案,对提高产品静电防护性能设计和整改工作均具有一定的参考价值。 In this paper,based on the fail results of the automatic gravimetric filling instruments on the ESD±4 kV contact immunity test,the standard test method and characteristics of the interference source for ESD were studied,and then the interference mechanism of ESD immunity test was analyzed.Finally,the crucial reason that caused the fail ESD results of the automatic gravimetric filling instruments in this case was found.Based on above researches,the optimum proposal that changed the connecting way of the shielding layer of the shield cable with the metal casing of the product was selected.After the rectification,the test results showed that the automatic gravimetric filling instruments can successfully pass±6 kV contact discharge and±8 kV air discharge,which required by the test standard.The research methods of ESD immunity interference mechanism and the optimization proposals were adopted in this paper,which have some reference values to improve the electrostatic protection performance of products.
