基于CA-Markov模型的适宜性评价中复合功能空间修正--以瑞安市为例

摘要 本文立足于生产功能、生活功能和生态功能的视角,针对农业生产、生态保护、城镇建设的适宜重叠空间,即复合功能空间,引入CA-Markov模型,从国土空间土地利用方式时空演变角度,明确适宜性评价最优解。研究显示,对比修正前后适宜性评价的结果,生态保护适宜面积(占比)和农业生产适宜面积分别由884.75 km^(2)(65.63%)、299.41 km^(2)(22.21%)降低到868.21 km^(2)(64.40%)、250.34 km^(2)(18.57%),城镇建设适宜面积由164.01 km^(2)(12.17%)增加到229.62 km^(2)(17.03%),结果更加符合现阶段国土空间格局发展规律,对国土空间规划,尤其是三区三线的划定,具有可操作的指导意义,从而提高工作科学性。 Based on the perspective of production function,living function and ecological function,aiming at the suitable overlapping space of agricultural production,ecological protection and urban construction,namely composite functional space,this paper introduces the CA-Markov model to clarify the optimal solution of suitability evaluation from the perspective of the spatio-temporal evolution of land use patterns in land space.The study shows that compared with the results of suitability evaluation before and after the correction,the area suitable for ecological protection(proportion)and the area suitable for agricultural production are decreased from 884.75 km^(2)(65.63%)and 299.41 km^(2)(22.21%)to 868.21 km^(2)(64.40%)and 250.34 km^(2)(18.57%)respectively,the suitable area for urban construction is increased from 164.01 km^(2)(12.17%)to 229.62 km^(2)(17.03%),the results are more in line with the development law of the land spatial pattern at the current stage,and have an operational guiding significance for the land spatial planning,especially the delineation of the three zones and three lines,so as to improve the scientificity of the work.
