工业园区地下水风险管控模式探索

摘要 近年来,我国浅层地下水水质情况一直不理想,但我国在思想和行动上对地下水污染防治的重视度不断提高。随着工业发展方式的转变,环境保护理念已经与工业园区发展密不可分。因为生产经营活动不合规,早期工业园区对生态环境尤其是地下水环境的污染不容忽视,但如何治理污染又是一大难题。对此,园区层面可以使用可渗透反应墙(PRB)和抽出-处理系统进行末端防控,企业层面可以自主溯源断源。政府部门与土地使用权人协同开展地下水风险管控,这种模式可以为工业园区的可持续发展提供有力保障。 In recent years,the water quality of shallow groundwater in China has been not ideal,but China's attention to the prevention and control of groundwater pollution in thought and action has been increasing.With the transformation of industrial development mode,the concept of environmental protection has been inseparable from the development of industrial parks.Because of the non-compliance of production and operation activities,the pollution of the early industrial parks to the ecological environment,especially the groundwater environment,cannot be ignored,but how to control the pollution is a big problem.In this regard,permeable reactive barrier(PRB)and pump-treatment system can be used at the park level for terminal prevention and control,and the enterprise level can independently trace the source.The government departments and the land use right holders jointly carry out groundwater risk management and control,which can provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of the industrial park.
