摘要
目的 分析方舱医院内奥密克戎(Omicron)感染者核酸转阴时间相关影响因素。方法 选取2022年4月9日-2022年5月20日国家会展中心(上海)方舱医院收治的新型冠状病毒Omicron变异株感染的患者作为研究对象,收集224个病区临床数据,探究可能影响各病区平均核酸转阴时间的相关影响因素。结果 224个病区中,平均收治人数(777±277)人,住院天数为(7.24±0.51)d,核酸转阴时间(3.39±0.38)d,吸烟人数占比(2.46±1.46)%,有基础疾病的人数占比(14.91±2.63)%,其中高血压人数占比(8.47±2.02)%,心律失常人数占比(1.54±0.57)%,冠心病人数占比(1.77±0.72)%,糖尿病人数占比(2.84±0.83)%,未接种疫苗人数占比(22.03±3.89)%,完成基础免疫疫苗接种人数占比(30.89±2.57)%,完成加强免疫疫苗接种人数占比(42.57±3.28)%。多因素线性回归分析显示,高血压占比与平均转阴天数呈线性正相关。预测模型为:平均转阴天数=2.97+3.74×高血压人数占比。结论 高血压人数占比与新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异体感染者核酸转阴时间呈正相关,疫苗接种、吸烟比例、性别等与核酸转阴时间无明显相关。
Objective To analyze factors related to the nucleic acid conversion time of Omicron variant-infected patients in cabin hospitals.Methods A total of 224 wards of Covid-19 Omicron-infected patients admitted to converted hospitals from China International Exhibition Center(Shanghai) from April 9,2022 to May 20,2022 were recruited as study subjects.The clinical data of each ward were collected for investigation of related influencing factors that might affect the average nucleic acid negative conversion time.Results In the 224 wards,the average number of admitted patients for each ward was(777±277) people,the average hospitalization days were(7.24±0.51) days,the average nucleic acid negative conversion time was(3.39±0.38) days.Clinical survey also showed that the percentage of smoking among the patients accounted for(2.46±1.46)%,the percentage of those people with basic diseases was(14.91±2.63)%,and the percentage of those people with hypertension was(8.47±2.02)%.The proportion among the patients with arrhythmia was(1.54±0.57)%,the proportion among the patients with coronary heart disease was(1.77±0.72)%,followed by those patients with diabetes,with and without vaccinatation and booster shot,accounting for(2.84±0.83)%,(22.03±3.89)%,(30.89±2.57)% and(42.57±3.28)% respectively.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the percentage of hypertension was positively correlated with the average number of days for negative conversion.The prediction model was as follows:the average number of days of turning negative was 2.97+3.74 × proportion of people with hypertension.Conclusion The number of people with hypertension is positively correlated with the time of nucleic acid negative conversion time in the patients infected with Omicron variants.However,there was no obvious correlation between vaccination,smoking,gender and other factors concerning nucleic acid conversion time.
