突发传染病事件医院相关风险管理的指标体系研究

Research on the index system of hospital-related risk management of emergent infectious diseases

目的 采用德尔菲法构建一套突发传染病事件医院相关风险管理的指标体系。方法 通过查阅文献、理论分析和德尔菲法等,对15名专家进行2轮专家问卷咨询,初步构建出突发传染病事件医院相关风险管理指标体系。结果 2轮专家咨询中,专家咨询表有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.91,0.88,和谐系数分别为0.218,0.181,显著性检验差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。最终形成突发传染病事件医院相关风险管理的指标体系,包括4个一级指标,62个二级指标。结论 该指标体系包含了医院突发传染病事件相关风险管理的各个环节,具有科学性、可靠性、可行性,有较强的应用价值,可为医院科学防范突发传染病事件提供重要参考,有利于形成标准化的应对防范处置体系,提升医院风险管理能力、医护人员快速反应能力和实践操作能力,同时提高医院突发传染病应急救援卫勤保障整体水平。

Objective To establish an index system for hospital risk management of emergent infectious diseases by Delphi method.Methods 15 experts were consulted through literature review,theoretical analysis and Delphi method,and 2 rounds of expert questionnaire survey were performed among the experts.Then,an initial index system of hospital risk management related to emergent infectious diseases was constructed.Results In the two rounds of expert consultation,the effective recovery rate of expert consultation forms was 100%.Expert weight coefficients were respectively 0.91 and 0.88 and harmony coefficients were 0.218 and 0.181.There was statistical significance in significance test(P<0.001).The finally-formed index system of hospital-related risk management of sudden infectious diseases including 4 first-level indexes and 62 second-level indexes.Conclusion The index system contains various aspects of risk management related to sudden infectious disease events in hospitals,which is theoretically scientific,reliable,feasible and has relatively good application value.lit could provide valuable reference for the prevention and control of sudden infectious disease events in hospitals.Furthermore,it facilitates the formation of a standardized response and treatment system,which will enable the hospital to enhance risk management ability,the quick response and practical operation of hospital medical staff,and improve the overall capacity of medical support in case of emergent infectious disease incident in hospitals.
