不同类型海军飞行人员口腔健康调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of oral health of different aviators

目的 了解海军航空飞行员、转改三代机飞行员、飞行学员的口腔健康及保健状况,为海军飞行人员口腔健康干预提供理论依据。方法 参考第3次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案及世界卫生组织(WHO)第5版《口腔健康调查基本方法》,采用抽样调查的方法对100名航空飞行员、100名转改三代机飞行员、130名飞行学员进行口腔健康问卷调查。结果 口腔清洁方法方面,3组人员每天刷牙次数、方式及持续时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组人员牙间隙刷、牙线、牙签使用率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牙龈出血时口腔健康行为方面,转改三代机飞行员与飞行学员牙龈出血时口腔健康行为选择率由高到低依次为注意刷牙、清水漱口、请口腔医师诊治、漱口水漱口、不理会,漱口水漱口为海军航空飞行员的第3选择。3组人员口腔健康定期检查和就诊情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),口腔急诊就诊情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组人员飞行时有无牙疼和智齿发炎情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均占比较少。结论 海军飞行人员对口腔健康知识有一定的认识,但主动保健意识差,尤其是海军航空飞行员。需要提高飞行人员口腔健康及保健意识,以促进飞行人员口腔健康,增强体质,提高飞行员战斗力。

Objective To investigate the oral health status of different aviators,including naval aviators,the converted thirdgeneration fighter aviators and aviation cadets,so as to provide theoretical evidence for the preservation of oral health in naval aviators.Methods "The Third National Oral Health Epidemiological Survey Protocol" and "the Basic Method of WHO Oral Health Survey(5edition)" were used as basic reference data in the study,and oral health questionnaire surveys were performed among 100 naval aviators,100 converted third-generation fighter aviators and 130 aviation cadets.Results With regard to the application of oral cleaning methods,there was no statistical significance in the frequency,methods and duration of daily tooth brushing among the3 groups(P>0.05).Statistical significance could also be noted among the people of the 3 groups,corresponding to the utilization rate of interdental brush,dental floss and toothpick(P<0.05).Concerning oral health behavior with gingival bleeding,the selection of intervention methods for oral health care for naval aviators and converted third-generation fighter aviators was sequentially:regular tooth brushing,water gargle,hospital visit to dentists,rinsing with mouthwash and total neglection.With regard to regular oral health check and dental treatment,there was no statistical significance among the 3 groups of aviators(P>0.05).However,statistical significance could be seen in oral emergency care,when comparisons were made between the 3 groups(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in the incidence of toothache and wisdom tooth inflammation during flight,when comparisons were made between the 3 groups,with only a small proportion(P>0.05).Conclusion All the naval aviators have relatively good oral health knowledge,but the awareness of positive oral health care was poor,the naval aviators in particular.The awareness of oral health and oral health care among the aviators should be further enhanced,so as to promote oral health,invigorate physical fitness and heighten fighting capacity of aviators.
