血清8-iso-PGF2α、SIRT1及LXA4在急性发作期哮喘患儿中的表达情况及与其肺功能的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨血清8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)、血清沉默信息调节因子2相关酶1(SIRT1)及血清脂氧素A4(LXA4)在急性发作期哮喘患儿中的表达情况及与其肺功能的相关性研究。方法 前瞻性纳入2019年3月至2021年3月河北省秦皇岛市第一医院儿科收治的急性发作期哮喘患儿85例(轻度21例,中度36例,重度28例)作为观察组,选择同期于儿科体检健康的儿童65例作为对照组,分别检测入组儿童的血清8-iso-PGF2α、SIRT1及LXA4表达水平及肺功能指标,并进行相关性分析。结果 观察组血清8-iso-PGF2α水平明显高于对照组,LXA4、SIRT1水平较对照组显著偏低(P<0.05)。观察组患儿肺功能指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。重度哮喘组患儿血清8-iso-PGF2α水平显著高于轻度、中度哮喘组患儿,血清SIRT1及LXA_(4)水平均明显低于轻、中度哮喘组患者(P<0.05)。85例急性发作期哮喘患儿中,血清8-iso-PGF2α与肺功能指标呈负相关(P<0.05);血清SIRT1水平和LXA4水平均与肺功能指标呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 血清8-iso-PGF2α、SIRT1及LXA4水平与哮喘患儿哮喘急性发生发展联系紧密,与患儿肺功能存在一定的相关性。 Objective To investigate the expressions of serum 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α(8-iso-PGF2 a),serum silent information regulator factor 2-related enzyme 1(SIRT1) and serum lipoxin A4(LXA4) in children with acute asthma and their correlation with lung function.Methods A total of pediatric patients(21 mild,36 moderate,and 28 severe) with acute asthma admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were prospectively included as the observation group,and 65 children without asthma who underwent physical examination in the hospital within the same time span were recruited as the control group.The expression levels of serum 8-iso-PGF2α,SIRT1 and LXA4 as well as lung function indicators of the patients in the subjects of the2 groups were detected,and the correlation between them was analyzed.Results The level of serum 8-iso-PGF2α in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the levels of LX A 4 and SIRT1 in the former were relartively lower than those of the latter(P<0.05).The lung function indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum level of 8-iso-PGF2α in the severe asthma group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the minor and moderate groups,and the serum SIRT1 and LXA4 levels were significantly lower than those of the patients in the minor and moderate asthma groups(P<0.05).Serum 8-iso-PGF2α was negatively correlated with lung function indices in 85 pediatric patients with acute asthma(P<0.05).Serum SIRT1 and LXA4 levels were positively correlated with lung function indices(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of 8-iso-PGF2α,SIRT1 and LXA4 are closely related to the occurrence and development of acute asthma in pediatric patients with asthma,and are positively correlated with lung function.
