摘要
复合材料碳纤维层压板使用过程中常会遇到各种低速冲击,容易形成分层损伤,常用超声C扫描检测技术对分层损伤进行检测。对引入了冲击损伤的试验件,结合冲击损伤的损伤特性,对不同成像模式下的检测结果进行分析,损伤特征信号进行判别。结果表明,为了提高冲击损伤C扫描结果的准确性,必要时需要结合两种成像模式下的C扫描结果进行综合判断。
Carbon fiber laminates are often exposed to verious low-speed impacts during use,resulting in delamination damage.Commonly used ultrasonic C-scan detection technology to detect delamination damage.For the test piece with impact damage,combined with the characteristic of impact damage,The detection results under different imaging modes are analyzed to distinguish the characteristic signals of damage.the results show that in order to improve the accuracy of the impact damage C-scan results,it is necessary to combine the C-scan results in the two imaging modes for comprehensive judgment.
