摘要
复合材料因其优异的各项性能在飞机制造过程中被大量使用,对结构中出现的损伤进行检测是保证飞行安全的重要手段之一。研究表明,采用超声、敲击、声阻三种声学检测方式可有效实现航空复合材料构件的外场原位检测,并根据实验检测结果和实验数据分析,对三种声学检测方式针对不同材料缺陷进行了声学检测评价。
Composites are widely used in aircraft manufacturing because of their excellent properties.Detecting the damage in the structure is one of the important means to effectively ensure flight safety.The research shows that the three acoustic detection methods of ultrasonic,knocking and acoustic resistance can effectively realize the field in-situ detection of aviation composite components.According to the experimental detection results and experimental data analysis,the three acoustic detection methods are evaluated for different material defects.
