摘要
为解决水电站水轮机转轮焊接残余应力测量的问题,提出了采用电磁超声波无损测量焊接残余应力的方法。对拉伸试样进行标定试验,得到了不同拉力下的双折射率之间的关系曲线,对热处理前后的水轮机转轮叶片焊缝分别进行残余应力测定,并将测定结果进行分析。结果表明,电磁超声法能够有效地测定转轮叶片中的残余应力。
In order to solve the problem of welding residual stress measurement of hydraulic turbine runner in hydropower station,a method of nondestructive measurement of welding residual stress by electromagnetic ultrasonic is proposed in this paper.The relationship curves between birefringence under different tensile forces are obtained.The residual stresses in the welds of turbine runner blades before and after heat treatment were measured respectively,and the measured results were analyzed.The results show that the electromagnetic ultrasonic method can effectively measure the residual stress in the runner blade.
