摘要 ASME 2021版V.5A.4《焊缝UT》强制性附录Ⅺ《全矩阵捕获》实为全矩阵捕获-全聚焦法(简称双全法)焊缝检测实施准则。本文解读该双全法准则,探析其要领,包括程序、人员、设备、校验、检测、评定等,突出“波幅保真度”等技术亮点。领悟要端,有助于承压设备在制、在役现场高效高质检测。 ASME 2021V.5A.4UT of Welds,Mandatory AppendixⅪFull Matrix Capture is actually the implementation criteria of Full matrix capture/Total focus method(FMC/TFM)for weld inspection.This article interprets the essentials of the criteria,including procedures,personnel,equipment,calibration,detection and evaluation etc.,and highlights the technical highlights such as"amplitude fidelity".Understanding the essentials is helpful for efficient and high-quality inspection of pressure equipment during manufacture and service.
