认罪认罚从宽制度的设置体现了现代司法的宽容精神,有效提升了社会治理法治化水平,具有重大的时代意义和实践价值。利用CiteSpace软件,对所选文献年度分布、关键词分布、作者及机构分布情况等进行分析,结果显示,认罪认罚从宽制度的理论研究朝纵深化、精细化发展,研究者之间的合作已初见端倪,但仍处于较为离散的状态,合作氛围仍不浓厚。未来应加强实证研究,加强研究机构之间的合作,建立跨区域、跨机构之间的合作机制。

The establishment of the leniency system of guilty plea and punishment reflects the spirit of tolerance in modern justice and effectively enhances the rule of law in social governance, which has significant contemporary significance and practical value. This paper uses CiteSpace software to make an analysis of the annual distribution, keyword distribution, author and institution distribution of the selected literature, and the results show that the theoretical research on the leniency system of guilty plea and punishment has developed further and deeper, and the cooperation among researchers has begun to emerge, but it is still in a relatively discrete state, and the atmosphere of cooperation is still not strong. In the future, it is hoped that empirical research should be strengthened, cooperation among research institutions should be enhanced, and cooperation mechanisms between cross-regional and cross-institutional institutions should be established.
