勾勒乡村振兴新图景:爱尔兰香农镇照片档案数字化项目特色及启示

乡村档案留存乡村发展记忆,做好乡村档案工作有助于促进乡村发展振兴。文章在介绍爱尔兰香农镇照片档案数字化项目背景、目标、内容及效果等基础上,分析该项目的特色,即其具有多方面明确系列政策保障、乡村发展主题鲜明、紧密协同合作、大力挖掘本土档案资源主动构建乡村记忆共享平台等特色。借鉴其经验并结合我国乡村档案工作发展目标、任务和要求等,可以从加强开展乡村档案工作促进乡村振兴、完善乡村档案工作管理体制机制、加大乡村档案资源建设力度、大力推进乡村档案工作数字化转型等方面进一步加强乡村档案工作建设,进而助力我国乡村发展振兴。

Rural archives retain the memory of rural development,and doing well in rural archives will help promote the revitalization of rural development.On the basis of introducing the background,goal,content and effect of the photo archives digitization project in Shannon town,Ireland,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the project,that is,it has many characteristics including clear series of policy guarantee,a distinctive theme of rural development,close cooperation and collaboration,vigorous excavation of local archives resources and active construction of rural memory sharing platform.Drawing on its experience and combining with the development goals,tasks and requirements of rural archives work in China,the construction of rural archives work can be further strengthened in terms of strengthening the development of rural archives work to promote rural revitalization,improving the management system and mechanism of rural archives work,increasing the construction of rural archival resources and vigorously promoting the digital transformation of rural archives work,so as to assist the revitalization and development of rural areas in China.
