摘要
应用FLUENT软件研究高炉燃料在输送管道中的运输情况,包括管道的压强、燃料颗粒在管道中的流动情况、燃料颗粒对管道的磨损情况等.着重分析输送管道中的长距离输送管道和金属弯管,根据实际尺寸建立三维模型,进行网格划分后导入FLUENT软件,分析燃料物化性质及组成,选用50μm粒径的颗粒,设定流场仿真的边界参数进行直接数值模拟,采用经典的气固两相流计算模型及kε湍流模型,最后采用SIMPLE算法迭代求解.通过仿真模拟得到:当燃料颗粒均匀入射管道后,短时间内在管道入口部位大量聚集,对管道弯曲部位冲蚀较为严重,且易在这些部位造成堆积,引起管道堵塞;结合冲蚀速率计算可得长距离输送管道的预期寿命为26 d,金属弯管的预期寿命为47 d.该模拟结果可对后续的管道设计与优化提供参考依据.
FLUENT software is used to study transportation of blast furnace fuel in a pipeline,including pressure of,flow of fuel particles in,and wear of the fuel particles on the pipeline.This article focuses on analysis of long-distance transportation pipelines and metal elbows in transportation pipelines,establishes a three-dimensional model according to the actual size,and imports the FLUENT software after meshing to analyze the physical and chemical properties and composition of the fuel.Particles with a particle size of 50μm are selected and the flow is set.Boundary parameters of the field simulation are directly numerically simulated,and the classical gas-solid two-phase flow calculation model and the k-εturbulence model are adopted,and finally SIMPLE algorithm is used for an iterative solution.The following conclusions are obtained through simulations:when fuel particles uniformly enter the pipeline,they accumulate in a large amount at the entrance of the pipeline in a short period of time,which will cause serious erosion and accumulation to the curved parts of the pipeline,leading to pipeline blockage.According to the calculation of erosion rate,the long-distance transportation pipeline and the metal elbow have an expected life of 26 days and 47 days,respectively.The simulation results have implications for future pipeline design and optimization.
