摘要
将1,3,5-三甲酰基苯与对苯二胺在溶剂热的条件下进行反应,合成了具有亚胺键连接的二维共价有机框架材料(COF-LZU1).选取常规水热法合成的分子筛SSZ-13,并用3-氨基丙基三乙基硅烷将分子筛表面进行氨基化,最后与COF-LZU1进行复合得到COF-LZU1@SSZ-13复合材料.粉末X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜和元素分析仪等分析结果表明,COF-LZU1和SSZ-13具有高的结晶性,COF-LZU1在与分子筛复合后,均匀地生长在SSZ-13的表面,证明COF-LZU1@SSZ-13复合材料的成功制备.
A two-dimensional covalent organic framework(COF-LZU1)with imine bond was synthesized using 1,3,5-triformylbenzene and p-phenylenediamine under solvothermal condition.The molecular sieve SSZ-13 synthesized by conventional hydrothermal process was selected and subsequently aminated with 3-aminopropyl triethyl silane.Consequently,modified SSZ-13 was combined with COF-LZU1 to finally generate COF-LZU1@SSZ-13 composite.The results of powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and elemental analysis showed that both COF-LZU1 and SSZ-13 behave high crystallinity,and COF-LZU1 uniformly grows on the surface of SSZ-13 after combination,indicating successful preparation of COF-LZU1@SSZ-13 composite.
