装配式混凝土结构设计及应用分析

摘要 装配式混凝土结构是将预制混凝土构件以可靠的方式连接,并结合部分现浇而形成的混凝土结构,是我国推进建筑工业化的一种重要结构形式。为此,从平面设计、预制构件设计、预制构件拆分、连接节点设计等方面梳理装配式混凝土结构设计要点;并结合某工程项目,着重对结构布置、预制构件拆分及受力验算进行分析探讨,并归纳出优化预制构件设计的经验和要点。 The assembled concrete structure is a concrete structure formed by connecting precast concrete components in a reliable way and combining them with cast-in-place.It is one of the important forms to promote the development of building industrialization in China.The key points of assembled concrete structure design are sorted out in this paper,from the aspects of plane design,precast component design,precast component split design and connection node design.And combined with an engineering example,this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of structural layout,precast component splitting and stress checkup.Finally,the experiences and points of optimizing the design of precast component are summarized.
