摘要
通过工程中PHC管桩的桩身接头缺陷的实例,采用低应变法和孔内摄像确定桩身缺陷位置、缺陷形式及缺陷程度,分析PHC管桩出现接头缺陷的原因,提出采用插入H型钢及高压注浆加固缺陷管桩处理方案。加固后效果明显,可为沿海地区缺陷管桩提供一定借鉴。
In this study,the reasons for PHC pipe pile joint defects are analyzed based on a large number of real cases of PHC pipe pile with joint defects in the project.The low-strain method and in-hole camera are used to determine the location,specific form and damage level of pile defects.The inserting H-shaped steel and high-pressure grouting are adopted to strengthen the defective pipe piles.The reinforcement performance is significant,which can provide a scientific reference for the defective pipe piles in coastal areas.
