抗菌氨纶的制备及其抗菌性研究

Study on the Preparation of Antibacterial Spandex and Its Antibacterial Properties

随着新冠疫情在全球的蔓延以及人们生活水平的快速提高,抗菌纺织品深受市场青睐,也推动了更多新型抗菌纤维的开发。氨纶作为一种功能性合成纤维,广泛应用于直接与人体皮肤接触的织袜、内衣、泳衣等容易滋生细菌的纺织品中。介绍了不同抗菌剂的抗菌原理、抗菌氨纶的制备技术及抗菌性能的检测方法等,同时对千禧?抗菌氨纶与普通氨纶生产的成品面料的抗菌性能进行测试。结果显示,千禧抗菌氨纶加工性能好,成品面料经多次洗涤后仍具有很好的抗菌效果,可达到国家AAA级标准。

With the continuous spread of COVID-19 around the world and the improvement of people’s living standards, the antibacterial textiles are favored by the market, which led the development of more novel antibacterial fibers. As a kind of functional synthetic fiber, Spandex has been widely used in clothing textiles which are in direct contact with human skin, such as socks, underwear, swimsuits, etc., which are easy to breed bacteria. The antibacterial principle of different antibacterial agents, the preparation technology of antibacterial Spandex and the detection methods of the antibacterial property were introduced. Meanwhile,the antibacterial properties of the finished fabrics produced by QIANXI?antibacterial Spandex and the ordinary Spandex were tested. The experimental results showed that the QIANXI?antibacterial Spandex had good processing ability, and even the finished fabric still had excellent antibacterial property after multiple washings, which could reach the national AAA standard.
