对苯二甲酸二甲酯物料称量系统的优化

摘要 介绍了目前工业生产中应用较为广泛的固体物料称量方法,比较了固体质量流量计、失重式秤、电子皮带秤的优缺点;指出了聚酯装置选用电子皮带秤存在的运行问题,并提供了解决运行问题的方案。对于固体物料掺杂粉状料的特殊工况,目前普遍应用的固体物料连续计量方法都很难满足使用要求,可考虑将固体块状料破碎成粉状料,降低称量难度。 The weighing methods of solid materials which are widely used in industrial production were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of solid flowmeter, weight loss scale and electronic belt scale were compared. The problems existing in the operation of electronic belt scale in polyester plant were pointed out, and the solutions to the operation problems were provided. For the special working conditions of solid materials doped with powder, the currently widely used solid material weighing methods were difficult to meet the use requirements, so crushing solid block materials into powder to reduce the difficulty of weighing could be considered.
