摘要
基于新工科建设对人才培养的要求,本文以材料失效分析综合实验为例探讨了高分子材料专业实验课程教学改革方向。通过引入教师横向科研课题,依托国家、省级虚拟仿真实验教学共享平台,开展翻转课堂实验教学模式,引导学生主动查阅文献资料、设计实验思路、分析数据图谱,从而给出合理的失效分析结论;并通过卡丁车座椅螺丝柱断裂失效分析、消音垫圈失效分析两个教学案例,展示了学生实操过程。此类实验的开展不仅激发了学生学习兴趣,而且可以有效促进学生对多学科理论知识的掌握程度,提升其解决实际工程问题的能力。
Based on the requirements of new engineering construction for training talents,the paper discusses the reform orientation of polymer specialty experiments teaching,taking the material failure analysis comprehensive experiment as an example.By introducing teachers′crosswise scientific research subjects,relying on the national and provincial virtual simulation experiment teaching project sharing platform and carrying out the experiment teaching modes of flipped classroom,teacher guide students to consult literature,design experimental methods,analyze data diagrams and give reasonable analysis conclusions for failed products.Meanwhile,two teaching cases of karting car seat screw column fracture failure analysis and washer for noise deadening failure analysis are presented to show students′practical operation process.The experiment not only stimulates the students′learning initiative,but also effectively promotes students to master multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge,and enhances their ability to solve practical engineering problems.
