摘要
在整合轨道交通站点周边资源、提升站点能级和精细化管控的需求下,基于综合接驳视角,结合城市空间和技术发展趋势,提出三维影响域概念。对交通、功能、空间、行为、城市结构等要素的综合接驳进行特性建构和延展分析,在此基础上进行站点三维影响域界定方法探索,并对其等时效应下的界定原理、“弹性”界定机制和城市网络分析方法进行解析。结合横滨M M21地区的案例概述,为其实践应用提供参考。
To meet the needs of integration of the scattered resou rces around rail transit stations and improvement of the station’s influential capacity with delicacy management,this paper takes the development trends of urban space and technologies into account and advocates for the idea of "3 D-Influenced Realm" from the perspective of comprehensive connection.It looks into the key elements of transportation,function,space,behavior,urban space configu ration,etc.in comprehensive connection for identity construction and extensive analysis.On this basis,it explores the method of defining 3 D-Influenced Realm of rail tra nsit stations,and explicates the principles of definition,the "flexible" mechanism and the quantificational tool of Urban Network Analysis(UNA) under isochrone effect.This paper also provides a reference for practical application using Yokohama MM21 as a case study.
